Tigerclean TC series

Technical design:

• compact and robust design in stainless steel - type 304 and 316
• complete separation of the cleaning modules to avoid cross-contamination
• flow direction from left to right
• special brush system for effective colour removal
• button for emptying the cleaning and decoating tank down to filter level
• suction/vacuum air connection option on the top of the cleaning and high-pressure rinsing module (The use of vacuum air depends on the respective national or company guidelines.)

• suitable for installation in production areas
• cnfiguration of up to 5 modules possible - including an integrated development system

InLine modular design - can be individually combined according to customer requirements:

• feeding station (standard length 500 mm incl. 400 mm splash guard)
• module 1 - screen cleaning - removal of colour residues
• module 2 - screen decoating
• module 3 - high-pressure rinsing and drying
• removal station (standard length 1000 mm incl. 400 mm splash guard)

Functional description of the Tigerclean system:

• automatic screen slide-in, start of the nozzle bar system
• start of screen cleaning
• decoating of the screen printing stencil
• rinsing and drying in the high-pressure module,here the screen is rinsed with water under high pressure (max. 140 bar) and dried to approx. 75%.
• screen moves to the removal station

Optional equipment:

• double brushes
• repeat function only for colour removal and rinsing with lower pressure
• waste water pump
• longer inlet/outlet belts of 1000/2000/3000 mm

Note:

For optimum cleaning results, we recommend immediately after production
to carefully remove excess colour from the screens and place the screens
directly into the Tigerclean. This reduces the drying of the colour and the
risk of ghost images (residual colours).
