ESC-AT-S SQUEEGEE GRINDER

The automatic squeegee grinder type ESC-AT-S is laid out to meet with the high requirements which according to the present state of technology are made on accurate and precise squeegee grinding.

The sophisticated machine is equipped with diamond grinding wheel and enables the operator to carry out exact parallel grinding and this for a great variety of different types of squeegees.


Standard features:

  • electrically driven forward feed with the possibility to change the sense of rotation in advance motion
  • number of grinding operations – programmable
  • grinding wheel speed variable via potentiometer
  • swivel-type squeegee holder to set different grinding angles
  • angle settings are readable by scale
  • end of grinding feed traverse infinitely variable
  • integrated exhaust air blower
  • conceived for all standard squeegee profiles
  • the squeegee rubber is clamped in a way to avoid any distortion
  • standard grinding lengths: 1000 mm, 1500 mm and 2000 mm
